Two weekends ago we had the awesome opportunity to go to Jazz fest for $40 (tickets are usually $70 a piece). So we jumped on the opportunity and spent the day listening to music, and eating from as many vendors as possible. The food and the small stages were the best part. It had the vibe of an outdoor festival that makes you forget about the world going on outside the fair ground's walls.
The night before Jazz fest Sunday, my mom was in town to see my favorite musician ever. I love her! As some were to *Nsync, I am to Ani Difranco. It was the best set list I've seen yet (and I think this was my 10th time seeing her).
That looks like so much fun!
